With Contentstack, we can deliver our content so much faster. We’ve changed our focus from relying on developers to delivering content via the content managers, who are now wholly responsible for content on the website. Before Contentstack, we could only close 26% of requests in a day, and now that percentage is 95%.

We can now localize and translate pages without the cumbersome and complex processes we had in the past. Delays in translation are now down to human reviewers rather than the publishing or content extraction processes that used to slow us down. These are important changes for us because the quicker we can get content to market, whether getting new content on a web page or new experiments out in front of customers, the quicker we can see the business value.

Contentstack was the simplest headless CMS we saw, with an intuitive user interface, and customizable models…There’s no doubt that we can manage our systems better. Upgrading to new versions or packages is so much easier, and we can connect two different sites through data models, while still using one CMS to manage both and control them together.

The ease with which we can add new brands has become a significant factor in our scalability. Contentstack helps provide the foundation we need to scale efficiently, enabling us to manage multiple brands effectively and continue delivering high-quality experiences to our customers as we grow. It was a big shift for everyone, but we haven’t looked back.
